Founded in 1998, Pacific Landscape Services, Inc. is a WBE Certified (#12127) full-service commercial landscape maintenance and construction company serving Oregon and SW Washington. Based in  Vancouver, Washington, the company also operates depots in Albany, Clackamas, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Maintenance

Our commercial maintenance crews provide some of the highest quality work in the industry. Customers include property management companies, homeowners’ associations, commercial and retail facilities, and public agencies. Our industry-leading customer service is led by veteran account managers, dedicated maintenance crews, and an irrigation team committed to achieving the highest aesthetic possible for every location we serve.

Construction

PLSI construction crews install more than 500 residential irrigation systems and landscapes for premier home builders annually. All material and work is backed by a 12-month warranty. PLSI competitively bids dozens of public and private projects every year and has successfully completed projects ranging from $14k to $2M. As a company we are committed to working safely, meeting every schedule deadline, and constructing to plans and specifications.
